HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery takes between 3-6 Days depending on your location. However shipping can take longer due to circumstances out of our control. That may be shipping courier delays, weather problems, etc. These are estimated delivery times, Theclickcart does not guarantee delivery dates. However we will try our best to deliver your product on time
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
You can only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel an order, once it has been dispatched. You can whatsapp, Email or SMS to cancel your order

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
Once we ship the product against your order, we will update order with tracking link and you will sent the tracking link and id both, so that you can track it at your own. Where you can enter your tracking code and it will let you know. However, we always send an email confirming about your order fulfillment, where you can click on your tracking id and it will also help you track the status of your order.
DO YOU EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT IN CASE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED ?
Yes we replace the product if you receive the damage product but you need to inform us within 24 hours after the delivery. If 24 hours gone you will not be eligible for the replacement.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ?
